• Does my company match gifts?
To find out if your employer has a matching gift program, please check with your Human Resources or Payroll department. If your company has a matching gift program you may want to ask for donation guidelines and a list of eligible charities.

•How do I get my gift matched?
Each company has its own guidelines for employees, spouses, retirees, and widows/widowers. Most corporate procedures are very simple:
1. Request a Matching Form from your company.Completed forms can be sent to FAFS with your personal gift stated, address listed below.
2. Complete and submit the form to FAFS along with your gift.
3. FAFS will verify the completed form and return it to the company.
4. The company issues a matching gift contribution to FAFS.
