You can make a difference in the lives of Foster, Adoptive and Kinship Families in NJ.
Thank you for your interest in becoming a volunteer with Foster and Adoptive Family Services. Our volunteers play a vital role in the services we provide throughout the state of New Jersey. It is important, when applying to become a volunteer,to complete the entire form. Your answers to the questions will enable us to see where your skills might best help the families we serve throughout our programs and what activities would be most fulfilling to you. Many of the questions are self explanatory;others might need a little more explanation.
Volunteers should be at least 18 years of age and the general expectation is that they will follow through with their commitment, and perform all tasks in a timely manner. Volunteers are also expected to perform in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with other volunteers, clients, donors and FAFS staff. Volunteers are asked to complete an Online Volunteer Application Form and sign a Statement Form for processing. Please contact Nicky Samuels at nsamuels@fafsonline.org or call 1-800-222-0047
